2. Objectives of the Youth Section
Verwood Cricket Club is a community-based club and whilst we want to have competitive league teams, we want to provide children with the opportunity to try the game of cricket and primarily to have fun.
Our objectives are:
1. To ensure every child has an enjoyable cricketing experience
2. To ensure every child is given the opportunity to develop their skills and to achieve their playing potential
3. To provide the stepping-stone to adult cricket at Verwood
4. To ensure VCC Youth players demonstrate the Spirit of Cricket
